In the past, I usually sought silence when I needed to read, because I would concentrate efficiently in a quiet atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thecdm.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/03\/pexels-rikka-ameboshi-3358707.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1234\" width=\"253\" height=\"399\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.thecdm.ca\/techspeak\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/03\/pexels-rikka-ameboshi-3358707.jpg 640w, https:\/\/blogs.thecdm.ca\/techspeak\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/03\/pexels-rikka-ameboshi-3358707-190x300.jpg 190w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 253px) 100vw, 253px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For now, I seek silence when I experience negative emotions that I need to cope with. For example, if I feel so angry with my husband or daughter, before turning my back on them, I would like to choose a room to isolate myself for a while. This way, I can stay away from the situation that irritates me and leave to clear my mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides, when I need to think over a problem, I also need to retreat into silence, or someplace with only strangers, where I can lose myself in my train of thoughts without caring about others. Every time I do that, people think I choose to turn my back on the world. But it is the opposite.
